Residential distillers, models: PWS 8-M, PWS 5-3, PWS 8-5, PWS 8-8, PWS 12-12, PWS 12-20, and commercial distiller model PWS 45-75.
- The warranty for your Precision Water Distiller covers defects in materials for two (2) years on all parts and labor to the original purchaser. PWS 45-75 is limited to one (1) year parts & labor.
- Stainless Steel parts are covered by a 15 year pro rated warranty. This covers all stainless steel parts such as the boiling and storage tank. With this warranty it is the responsibility of the distiller owner to properly maintain the distiller. If there is any misuse or abuse the lifetime warranty will be void.
- Precision Water Systems does not warrant any transportation charges incurred to complete the repair. The distiller owner is responsible for all shipping charges to and from the service center.
- Warranty is void if the distiller is found to have been consumer damaged or misused, caused by acts of God, unauthorized alteration, repair or vandalism.
Precision Design & Manufacturing Inc. warrants this product to the original owner only; to be free from defects in materials and workmanship of fabricated stainless steel components for a period of fifteen (15) years from the date of original purchase pro-rated as follows:
- Year 1-10 - 100%
- Year 11 - 90%
- Year 12 - 70%
- Year 13 - 50%
- Year 14 - 30%
- Year 15 - 10%
Precision Design & Manufacturing Inc. warrants all other components to the original owner only, for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase.
Replacement Parts:
- The warranty for original Precision Water Distiller replacement parts is (1) years.
Limitations:
This warranty specifically excludes subsequent purchases claims; damage incurred during shipping; abuse; misuse or any damage resulting from the failure of the user to follow manufacturer’s directions. No warranty is provided for corrosion of stainless steel parts due to contact with chlorides.
In order for this warranty to be effective, the user must return the warranty card postmarked no later than ten (10) days from the date of purchase.
