All I can say is that I love Precision. I've been a customer for about 10 years. I have a PWS 12-20 distiller in my RV and one in my house and they make the most excellent water for me and my family. The maintenance on these is not hard and the quality of water is so amazing. I used to have to buy my distilled water for $1.00 a gallon and cart it from the store. Now I have a tap on my kitchen sink. So easy. So healthy. Also, I must say any time I need help I contact Brady and he knows everything and the service is fast and friendly. Thank you so much for improving our lives.
