I have a Lifemist Pro, which is a predecessor of the PWS. I have had it for more than 15 years and it is extremely well built and reliable. I would definitely purchase this product again and we have become true water snobs! Great service and support, as well.

This is my second 12-12 machine, and it works just fine. Looks almost exactly like my old 12-12 and is quieter. The pump works well, and the automatic boiling chamber dump works just fine as well. I also like the red dot inside of the water level indicator. I always had to squint to see the water level on my old unit, but it helps out the old man when I can clearly see the water level at a distance. Good machine for the home. I recommend it.
